Brett Eanes, Owner/ Executive Chef

Chef Brett was born in Alabama with a history of culinary fluency within his family. His first experience in the kitchen was as a child with his grandfather in a prestigious country club. From there, Chef Brett continued to follow the culinary passion passed down from his family, traveling the United States seeking to perfect his culinary skills.

The years passed and Chef Brett learned his expertise from restaurants across the nation, deciding to make his home in California. In 2001, he earned his degree from the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena. While in Los Angeles, Chef Brett worked in many restaurants, as well as catering to celebrity entertainment personalities on movie sets. After leaving the Hollywood scene, Chef Brett seized an opportunity to work in Europe with Buddy Bombard European Vacations.

While serving as company chef, Chef Brett catered hot air balloon rides through the vineyards in France and over the Alps in Switzerland. When Chef Brett was not working for the travel company, he volunteered his time working in a 3-star Michelin restaurant in France to gain more knowledge of culinary artistry.

Massimiliano Gallinoni, Sous Chef

Chef Massimiliano was born in Rome and raised in Orvieto, Italy. In the line of great Italian culinary artists, he was surrounded by fresh ingredients and with a passion for food and the culinary arts. He moved to the US and started working in some of the top Italian restaurants. He soon realized that the true flavors of Italy were not being represented.

The true flavors of his homeland where not being represented, therefore he started catering to introduce people to true Italian cooking, bringing innovative flavors of Italy to the American table. Chef Mass created Four Hands Food in which would bring the Italian cuisine to catering. Four Hands Food and Cuzine Chefs colaborated and partnered to provide a much more broad spectrum to catering.
