I just wanted to thank you. Your ease and flexibility really impresses me. I love the fact that all I have to do is make one call to you, give you and idea of what I would like to have, and you just make it happen. You all have an amazing talent with food. The food is always presented beautifully and then you raise it to the next level by the remarkable taste. Every morsel has flavor. It’s easy to see that you have a passion for not just great food, but also great service.

Given the numerous events I have to coordinate through out the year, thanks to you, I do not have to stress over catering. I recommend you to all who ask me for caterer suggestions.

We wanted to tell you what a great party we had & how much everyone enjoyed the food. Chef Terrell did an excellent job with the dinner party — everyone raved about the food! The tempura shrimp were to die for, the red snapper was cooked to perfection & the molten chocolate cakes with raspberry sauce with a touch of grand marnier cream was just heavenly!!!! Everything was perfect. You made my birthday extra special & we wanted to thank you heartily for a most enjoyable & memorable evening.
